					<description>I'm aproximately half-way through &quot;The World is Flat&quot;, and have found it intrigueing. It has totally reformed my view of blogging and online commerce. 
  It's interesting to note that even though so much is now accomplished through &quot;out-sourcing&quot;, America is still the one who is providing the creativity and cutting edge ideas.   
  I'm looking forward to applying this global &quot;outsourcing&quot; to my own business.</description>
