I have just stumbled upon your blog and all I can say is... EXCELLENT!

Alex and Brett, I commend you on your willingness to stand for the truth. I commend you on, from what I have read, your Biblical perspective. I commend you on your perseverance and indeed strength of character!

But most of all, I give our great God all the praise for giving you the faith, perspective and perseverance that is leading you to a life of both stability and Biblical manhood which is rarely seen in these times!

I became a Christian earlier this year in March - age 19. Let me tell you that it is a most wonderful thing to have been saved before I did anything to both physically harm and before the days of my youth were gone.

What is more of a reality than living in bondage to Christ? As Spurgeon said to some skeptics after expounding the excellence of True Religion: "Blessed fiction! blessed dream! may I contrive to believe thee; may I always be so deluded if this is to be deluded and misled!"

In light of that, I was VERY pleased to see that there are still a remnant who hold to being radicals for Christ when you said: "Our world cannot last another generation of Christian young people who fit in," in your series "The Myth of Adolescence". Excellent. Excellent. EXCELLENT!

Ahh.. there is just so much I wish to write to you guys - especially regarding the joy I feel at finding rebels rebelling against a rebellious society and revolutionaries in a morally stagnant race. But I guess I will leave it there for now seeing its time for bed. I will be sure to stop by regularly and become involved as a revolutionary - and have already added myself to the Frappr map!

Yours sincerely in Christ,
Dave

Just signed up!

Fantastic stuff...

David, welcome to the The Rebelution, your center for politically and socially incorrect, yet fundamentally and biblically accurate, news and thought provoking messages.

:-D

It's a nice place!

I'm sticking around, that's for sure...

I saw that the link to the Frappr map earlier today and I added myself. I had never heard of it before; it's a cool program!

I'm still feeling kind of like Dave up there ^, having just found this blog about a week ago. I'm always so excited about checking back here every day (okay sometimes a few times each day) even if there's not a new post. Amazing.

His Forever,
Brian W

Added thought: Have you guys ever considered having a Rebelution messageboard, where fellow Rebelutionaries can discuss things, or just talk about stuff? After seeing all the Rebelutionaries on Frappr I thought it might be fun to get to know each other a little better.

That's kinda what the comment section is for, in it's own respect.

And yes, after a little looking, the coding of this program is briliant! Absolutely brilliant... The guys at frappr know their business, that's for sure.

David Heustis, my filmmaking friend, is delving into computer programming now. He's looking for ways to impliment tools into our filmmaking software.

Should be good fun!

God Bless!

~ John.

P.S. I too, check back three or four or even five times every day, just for my fascination with all things rebelution.

I'm blown away by Alex and Brett's talents with words, and their wisdom. Hopefully, with enough effort, I can almost be where you guys are at, a year from now.

That would be wonderful.

In the meantime, this P.S. is too lengthy. Have a good day!

David: Thanks so much for your kind words. We are so blessed that God is using us to motivate and encourage our generation. All glory to Christ! Also, understand that we need the help of our fellow rebelutionaries, including prayer, encouragement, instruction, rebuke, and some very simple "spread the word" type activities. =)

Brian: We are definitely excited to be part of the first wave of bloggers to use Frappr! We feel it is an excellent way to connect our readers and develop a sense of community.

We really appreciate your suggestion about an online forum. We will definitely consider that. Of course, as John pointed out, the comment section serves a forum-type purpose.

God bless!
