The Host Team is in charge of the logistics of the conference: finding a facility (expense covered by registration), setting up the facility, providing refreshments and box lunches (expenses covered by registration), providing transportation and housing for speakers, etc. They would also help with Publicity, including recruiting Publicity Captains in the cities surrounding the conference city.
