Opportunity: Write Book Reviews
Matt Gardenghi runs a book review website called, Conservative Book Talk, and is in need of more writers/reviewers. Alex and I are much too busy to get involved, but any of you avid readers and writers might want to explore this opporunity further. Below is an excerpt from an email he sent us:
Here’s what I would like: more talented conservative Christians who think and can write. I am trying to develop a place where Christians can go to find material about good books. I want readers to write about the books they read (the good, the bad, and the ugly) so that Christian can have a resource to go to when they are looking for books.
I strongly lean towards personal discernment and that is what my site is about. Reading with a critical eye and gleaning value from all things. As this is a huge undertaking, I am always in need of other reviewers even on an occasional basis. From your writing and what I can see, you both and probably some of your readers would fit the bill. If you are interested, let me know.

I would be interested, but am already doing reviews on my own blog and over at ROC, as well as another site in the near future. I’m tied up. Good luck though. I know there are some good book reviewers around. Isaac MacMillen has written reviews for ROC. Although I’m not sure where he blogs…
