Are you going to post on each winner - including the various Runner-Ups?

Kyle: No. Many of the films have already been recapped here on the blog. We will be posting “up-to-the-second” results (both winners and runner-ups) from the awards ceremony.

Mr. Harris,
Thank you. I always enjoy it when the current post changes, and look forward to the awards ceremony.
Also, I would like to thank you for the video on Benjamin’s silent film improvisation. Even though it is many, many posts away and long forgotten, I still watch it - almost every time I get on.

Gentlemen,
Thank you so much for all the hard work in setting up this blog. This was very helpful and informative. Thanks so much. My wife and I certainly hope to be back in San Antonio next year, but weren’t able to make this time around. Blessings to you both!

Does anyone know who the finalists were? –or were they even announced?
October 21st, 2006 at 7:02 pm
To be more specific: does anyone know if “The Young Man of Shalott” was among the finalists? None of the people who made it were able to go to the festival, but naturally, we’re quite curious about it.

The semi-finalists for 2006 can be found at http://www.independentchristianfilms.com/program. It looks like “The Young Man of Shalott” was a semi-finalist in the Narratives category.

How do we contact the filmmakers? For three years now films have won which weren’t included on VF’s Best of Festival DVDs, and I want to see them.

Michael: Which filmmaker where you interested in contacting?

If you have this info, could you email it to me at meo-525@juno.com ? Thanks.

Thanks Dave, but I was actually interested if it made it past semi finals to get onto the DVD.

The website of the guy who did the trailer that won “best trailer award” is www.corysfilmshack.com. I was a little sad that I did not win…but my friend did so I am OK with that.
(I did one of the top 3 trailer of ‘06…”A Christian Film Festival”)

Matthew–”The Young Man of Shalott” isn’t included on the DVD (reference: http://www.visionforum.com/booksandmedia/productdetail.aspx?productid=79878&categoryid=159).
