The Gaius Project: A God-Exalting Pursuit of the Arts
Brett and I could not be more excited to alert our readers to The Gaius Project, a new website by artist Jason Harms, a member of John Piper’s church.
The mission page of The Gaius project reads in part:
The Mission of The Gaius Project is to exhort and shepherd Christians in the arts and missions to go out for the sake of the name of Jesus Christ, and to send them on their way in a manner worthy of God. The Gaius Project is after the pursuit and realization of the most valuable joy to be experientially known in the arts by both artist and beholder, namely, God Himself.
The website includes a thesis by Jason on The Heart of Art, a Scripture-saturated and compelling Artists’ Creed, interviews with Christians in the arts, and weekly “rations” of Biblical teaching for Christian artists.
We encourage all of our readers to take advantage of this new resource, especially those of you who are involved or interested in the arts. As rebelutionaries, let us train our minds in Biblical thinking for all areas of life.

This looks like an awesome ministry. There is certainly a tremendous need for it. Jason Harms’ thoughts are deeply insightful, and they’re biblically backed. I’m impressed.

I love it! Me too, I really do like how it’s biblically backed up! It’s so real.
Thanks -Jess-

This is awsome news! I have been thinking about a way to use my art as a misnistry! May God use the artistic talents He has given us to glorify Him!

Thanks for posting the recommendation. The Gaius Project look like it will be quite helpful for keeping my head on straight! (I’m the one studying fashion.)
