Josh Harris at Atlanta, Nashville, and DC

Before anything else is said, thank you all for your love and support these past several weeks. Our family has truly felt uplifted by your prayers, your letters, and your comments. By God’s grace, we are doing well — and in that same grace, the life and ministry of the family that our mother gave her life to continues on.

In light of that, we are very excited to announce that our older brother Josh will be joining us for three of our remaining conferences this year — Atlanta, Nashville, and Washington, DC. Not only will we be able to make jokes about his height and hair (or lack thereof), but he will be delivering a powerful message, based on Dug Down Deep, exhorting us all to build our lives as rebelutionaries on truth about God.

If you are anywhere nearby one of those three cities, we encourage you to come and be inspired by our big brother. Date, location, and registration details below. Note that the Atlanta pre-registration discount ends this weekend!

  • Atlanta, GA — July 24 — Pre-Reg discount ends July 17 (save $5)
  • Nashville, TN — August 14 — Pre-Reg ends August 7 (save $5)
  • Washington, DC — September 25 — Early Bird ends July 31 (save $10)

Sounds like fun! I hope I can go some day! :) Maybe if it’s in WA, OR, or AK one of these days…

I’m praying that your hearts will continue to be filled by God’s sustaining grace through these days. My grandma just passed away five months ago from cancer, and sometimes it’s hard to bear. I realized through that how much God is holding me - and my entire family - up through the death of our loved one. We are all so glad she had faith in Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross and resurrection, and passed that legacy on to us. How blessed you guys are to also have that legacy, and that hope, along with me and my family and countless others. We know we’ll see them soon! God bless you guys for your faithfulness to Him.

      Hold fast (Deut. 13:4, Ps. 139:9-10, 1 Thes. 5:20-21, Heb. 10:13)

I’m confused…is there going to be a st. Louis conference? I looked under the list of conference locations on this site & st. Louis is still there.

    15. Sarah Beth Says:

My family was going to go to Chicago last year, but we moved a month before the conference. This made attending impossible. However, this year I will be in Atlanta!!!!! WOOHOO!!! I am so excited. My friends are all making fun of my very obvious excitment. I can’t wait!

    18. Sarah Peña Says:

I don’t mean to scare you guys, but you will probably go bald like Josh. ;) The rule is you get the “balding-gene” from your grandpa on your mother’s side. Since Josh lost his hair I’m guessing your grandpa did too… ;)

    19. Katelyn S. Says:

I just read the post about your mom; I am sorry that she is no longer here, but glad that she is now with her LORD and Savior.

I wish I could go to the Atlanta Conference; I love Josh’s book ‘I Kissed Dating Goodbye’ and it has only increased my decesion (sp?) to wait for the man GOD has for me, if that is His plan.

    20. Bailey Says:

I am so glad that Joshua Harris is going to be there. I have some questions to ask. But also, I have questions for Alex and Brett about Doing Hard Things. I really appreciated how God has used all of the Harris books to touch my life in a powerful, changing way.

I’m praying for this ministry and that God will continue to bless it. :)

    24. Hope Says:

I wish I were able to make it to either one of the Atlanta or Nashville ones! This year it is impossible for me to go any of the conference. I hope I can make it next year, that would be really awesome. :)

I am actually really curious as to why your new book is paper back. I was extremely surprised when I went to a christian book store last month and saw that your new book was paper back. I honestly can say that I was rather disappointed since y’all went to the trouble of making your first book hard backed and made rather a strong point of it. Why did y’all do that?
