GLOSSY BROCHURES :: PROMO DVDs :: DOWNLOADABLE FLIER

This is your chance to join dozens and dozens of rebelutionary teens (and adults) across the country in spreading the word about The Do Hard Things Tour. Our goal has been to recruit at around 50 Publicity Captains per conference to send out email blasts, make blog posts, hand out materials at their church and youth group, etc. Why? Because the more people hear about the conference and its message the greater opportunity there is for hearts and lives to be changed.

WHAT IS A PUBLICITY CAPTAIN?
A Publicity Captain is just an enthusiastic and empowered volunteer who makes it his or her business to let everyone know about The Do Hard Things Tour. We say enthusiastic because these people really believe the message of the conference. We say empowered because we provide all our Publicity Captains with PublicityPacs. These neat digital packets make it easy for them to spread the word about The Do Hard Things Tour.

THE DIGITAL PUBLICITYPAC INCLUDES:
  • The Do Hard Things Tour Brochure (PDF)
  • Official Registration Form (PDF)
  • King David - Rebelution Ad (PDF)
  • Jane Austen - Rebelution Ad (PDF)
  • Teddy Roosevelt - Rebelution Ad (PDF)
  • Sample Email Blast (WORD)
  • Sample Blog Post (WORD)
  • Do Hard Things Tour Promo Cards (PDF)

WHAT KIND OF COMMITMENT IS THIS?
There are no requirements to be a Publicity Captain (i.e. minimum number of hours per week or minimum number of registrations, etc.) It's a big (or as small) of a commitment as you choose to make it. This also means that there are no limits to what you can do.

We want to make it easy for those on the ground to make lots of noise. If you have a great idea we'll provide the resources and manpower to make it a reality. You'll have the opportunity to work with like-minded young people in doing hard things for the glory of God.

HOW DO I SPREAD THE WORD?
Feel free to have dozens of creative ideas, however, here are a few things to start with:
  • Contact all your friends and family and invite them to come to the conference with you. Even if some of them don't live near you they might live near one of our other conferences.
  • Hand out our materials at your church, youth group, school, co-op, speech & debate club, scout group, etc. Any place where you have relationships with people is a potential platform for spreading the word.
  • Tweak the sample email in your PublicityPac and send it as an email blast. Again keep in mind that even friends who don't live near you may live near one of our other conferences.
  • Contact editors of newsletters or e-newsletters and ask them to help promote the conference with their publication.

The Do Hard Things Tour relies heavily on enthusiastic word-of-mouth campaigns to fill its facilities and cover its costs. Your contribution is substantial and your enthusiasm is a blessing!
