Sending Mass Private Messages

Fellow Rebelutionaries,

There has been an increased amount of users sending a specific private messages to many users. We simply cannot allow this unless the message has been approved by one of the administrators. There has been only about three times that something of this sort has been approved, and it was carried out by the administrative team, so do not expect your private message to be approved. Most likely, you will be asked to post it in the Armory or Bulletin Board sections of the forum.
