Age 15
No- it's the characteristics of the individual pair of jeans (if they're "so tight you have to squeeze yourself into them", or so distressed that they barely cover you anyway) that determines their modesty.
Age 20
Tight jeans are usually immodest, but I don't think all jeans are inherently immodest.
Age 19
Jeans can be modest. However, most of the jeans that are worn in popular society today are not.
Age 20
We know that girls walk on two legs. Jeans that are not tight enough to reveal more than that are not a problem. Of course most girls' jeans are too tight or have holes, but you can find ones that don't.
Age 21
If the jeans aren't tight, then I'd have to look pretty hard and intently. At that point, no type of clothing is going to help. Tight jeans are still a no-go.
