Age 22
Not by definition, but in our culture a guy will assume a girl with heavy makeup is trying to make herself available. This should turn off the right kind of guy, who will be looking for signs of modesty.
Age 17
I lose some respect for someone who thinks they need that much external improving. Perhaps it could be a stumbling block to some, but I would be more disappointed in the girl's character than anything else.
Age 22
It just looks ugly. I could see how it could be a stumbling block since it's associated with overly sexual girls though.
Age 40-49
It can be a stumbling block, depending on the exact application. It is always something that cheapens a girl's appearance, which makes her seem more enticing to the wrong kind of guys.
Age 16
I don't find it a stumbling block, however I do find it sad. You should be yourself, you are made in the image of God and are already beautiful.
